Please do not abuse this service or use it for any malicious, illegal, or harmful purposes.

Submitted URLs may be checked against third-party security services, including
Google Safe Browsing,
to help detect potentially unsafe or malicious destinations. These checks are provided
on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee that all malicious or illegal content will be detected.

When creating a short link, limited IP-related information (including IP address, ASN,
and approximate geographic region derived from the IP) may be collected and stored.
This information is retained only for the lifetime of the short link and will be
automatically deleted after the link expires or is manually deleted.

Collected IP-related information is used solely for security purposes, abuse prevention,
and handling legal, copyright, or takedown requests. It will not be used for tracking,
profiling, or advertising.

In response to abuse reports or takedown complaints, the destination domain (or the actual
destination domain after one or more redirects) may be added to a long-term or permanent
blacklist at the operator’s discretion, without obligation to provide reinstatement.

Copyright infringement complaints, abuse reports, or related appeals may be submitted to
abuse@shuvi.moe.

Each generated short link includes a unique delete URL that allows the creator to remove
the link at any time. Possession of the delete URL is treated as authorization to delete
the link. Please keep this delete URL secure. When a short link is deleted, all associated
information (including IP-related information) will be permanently removed.

This service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
Availability, reliability, and retention of short links are not guaranteed.
The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit. This service does not host, control,
monitor, or endorse the content of destination URLs and is not responsible for their content,
availability, or legality.

This service does not actively monitor all submitted URLs. Automated or third-party checks
are limited in scope and may not identify all harmful or unlawful content.

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes
are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
